Placing an order: By placing an  order with us you agree that you have understood and read our terms and  conditions. If you are unsure about any of our terms & Conditions, ordering,  lead times, delivery or installation information, please contact us, we will be  happy to answer any questions regarding this.

Lead times:  
For our Made-To-Order furniture,  lead times may be slightly longer than buying a standard, stock item product  although we will try to fulfill your order in the minimum timescale possible.  Lead times stated are only an approximation and may be extended due to  unforeseen circumstances. Lead times are not a guarantee that your order will be  delivered within this timescale. Lead times are based on the timescale that most  orders are delivered within. Lead times may be extended for any reason including  transport issues, weather, staff illness, damage to goods, manufacturing errors,  missing items, delivery location, our schedule etc... Lead times are subject to  a 2-4 week extension due to the European Summer and Christmas factory closures.  Lead times exclude bank holidays. Lead times are fulfilled by the offer of a  delivery date regardless of whether the customer can or cannot accept this  delivery date or time. Lead times are given in good faith and we will make every  effort to deliver your goods within the lead time quoted but we cannot be held  responsible for any extension to lead times. 


Delivery locations include  most parts of England, Wales and some parts of Scotland (excluding highlands  & islands). Delivery charges may apply. Where a delivery service is not  stated, items must be collected by the customer (unless alternative arrangements  have been made). Date & time of delivery will not be the essence of the  contract. We will make every effort to deliver your goods on the date &  time arranged but we cannot be held responsible if we are unable to deliver on  this date & time due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery of your  goods may be delayed for any reason including transport issues, weather  & staff illness. The customer is not entitled to claim damages/compensation  or cancel the order if we are unable to deliver on the pre-arranged dates/time  and we are not responsible for any costs incurred. Delivery quotes/prices are  based on what we deem as ‘Normal Access’, allowing for a vehicle to park and  unload without any local issues, long carries or anything that invites or  requires Council involvement with Permits and Suspensions, falls under Customer  responsibility to meet the charges. Likewise, above a second floor (with no  lift) may carry additional cost. Unless stated the delivery service will be a 1  person, kerbside delivery only. It is essential that 1 to 2 persons are  available to accept/handle the goods as some items are large and/or heavy. It is  the customer's responsibility to inform us prior to ordering of any reason why  the delivery vehicle may not be able to park/unload at or very near to the  delivery property. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that somebody  is available to accept the delivery. Some deliveries are a pre-arranged service;  additional charges will apply if the first delivery cannot be fulfilled. If a  pre-arranged delivery date is cancelled, cancellation charges may apply. It is  the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is adequate access and space  for the goods. Where the following service is offered, we will make every effort  to deliver your goods to the room of your choice but if it is assessed on  delivery that this can not be done for any reason then the items will be  delivered to another suitable location at the delivery  address. 

When  signing for goods it is essential that you sign for goods as "unchecked  possible damage" any damage to the boxes must be recorded on the  delivery note. Any damage must be reported to us at the time of the  delivery. Failure to do so may result in additional charges to replace  items. 


If collection is an available option we will accept no responsibility for damaged goods once they  have been collected. 

Damages, manufacturing  errors & missing items: 

We make every effort to ensure that goods are  delivered in full and in perfect condition. Even though our furniture is  well packaged, damage can occur at any time including during transportation or  during delivery. 

When  signing for goods it is essential that you sign for goods as "unchecked  possible damage" any damage to the boxes must be recorded on the  delivery note. Any damage must be reported to us at the time of the  delivery. Failure to do so may result in additional charges to replace  items. 

Please check for damage and missing items within 24 hours of  delivery (and prior to installation). If there is any damage or missing items,  please inform us immediately and provide us with a digital photo of the package  damage and item damage. Any damaged goods reported to us within the stated time  will be re-made and re-delivered (or replaced) as soon as possible. We advise  that any damaged or unsatisfactory items are reported to us prior to any  installing. We cannot be held responsible if furniture is installed using  damaged or unsatisfactory items and we cannot be held responsible if customers  discard of their old beds/furniture prior to installing goods. We cannot accept  responsibility for any damage reported to us after 3 or 7 working days  (depending on the product). Failure to report any damaged goods or missing items  within the stated time, shall be deemed as goods delivered  in full  and in acceptable  condition. Failure to report any damaged goods or missing items may  incur a fee for any replacements needed &/or delivery. We are unable  to collect or dispose of any damaged items. Any damaged items should be disposed  of by the customer unless otherwise stated. Please report any manufacturing  errors as soon as possible and in as much detail as possible. Any items with  manufacturing errors will be replaced. If manufacturing errors are falsely  reported and/or found to be incorrect, we reserve the right to recoup any costs  incurred.


Some furniture is designed for  professional installation. Installation/assembling should be carried out by a  professional installation company/tradesperson or experienced & capable DIY (Do It Yourself) enthusiast in accordance with the instructions. Some installations/assembling  should be carried out by at least 2 people. Instructions are supplied for most  items but as some items or aspects of the installation/assembling are classed as  self-explanatory (to an experienced professional), we may not supply  instructions for every item. Some instructions or aspects of instructions may be  universal. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange  installation/assembling. We do not recommend any installation companies and  we cannot be responsible for third party installations. Some furniture (eg.  shelves etc...) may require additional items to complete installations such as  wall plugs, screws, resin etc... If needed, these should be selected by the  installer. Our furniture is designed to be installed on floors/walls that are  relatively flat & level. Adjustments may need to be made to ensure the wall  bed main structure is installed level, square and free of any twisting. Failure  to fix/install the wall bed main structure level/square and/or free of any  twisting will result in the bed base/front panel not lining up correctly with  the main structure. We recommend allowing additional installation time for  unforeseen events.

We recommend that no installers/fitters/tradesmen are booked in until all items have been delivered, unpacked and checked for damage. The seller is not liable for any tradesmen/fitters/installers costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way. 

The seller is not liable for any faults or mistakes made on installation/fitting/fixing or any consequences of.

Some items of furniture may need  securely fixing to a solid wall (brick, concrete etc...). Only use an  experienced professional tradesperson to assess the suitability of the wall  & select and assess suitable wall fixings. Any wall fixings supplied must be  assessed for suitability by the installer to allow for any packing errors or  incorrect fixings used. We cannot be responsible for incorrect fixings being  used. Plasterboard walls or similar will not be suitable for some  items.
Warranty & Return:  
The warranty period specified by  law applies. In the event of a product failure that is covered under the terms  of the warranty, we shall repair the products, supply a replacement or refund  the purchase price at our discretion.

Installing a product with a known fault will invalidate the warranty.

Please note:  
Some furniture is made-to-order. If  ordered, this furniture will made specifically for you and we are unable to  offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been placed. We accept no  responsibility whatsoever for any additional costs incurred under any  circumstances for any reason.

We accept payment by Paypal. We  require full payment to process orders.
Made-to-order means that furniture  is made specifically for the buyer. Our products are made by various  manufacturers. We try to show our products & colours as exact as possible  but we cannot guarantee that products seen on screen/images will be exactly the  same in reality. Colour samples are available on request for some products. We  reserve the right to alter minor details of the products featured on this site  and in other information materials we may provide in the interest of maintaining  product quality and design integrity. Some images may show additional items such  as chairs, bedding, lamps etc... these are for illustration purposes only and  are not included in your order unless otherwise stated. If you are unsure about  what is included in any composition/product image please contact us. Items are  packaged individually and disposal of packaging is the customers  responsibility.

Stock Items:  

We will make every effort to notify  if products are not available within the approximate quoted lead times or out of  stock or no longer available/discontinued. We do not guarantee that all items  shown are available/in stock.


If you have placed an order and you  are unhappy with your purchase or if you change your mind for any reason and you  want to return the product you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.  

Please note: This does not apply to  bulk orders/business/trade customers.

Stock items can be returned under  these terms for any reason within the 14 days of receiving the item at the  customers own cost and we will offer you a refund of the goods. We reserve our  right to recover the cost of collection, which would be deducted from the refund  amount. Buyers are responsible for any postage or courier/transport charges.  Your product must be complete, unused and in as new condition eg. if you have  opened the packaging to examine the product you must have done so without  damaging or marking the product in any way. It should be returned with the  original packaging and accessories. Product(s) will remain the responsibility of  the customer until they are received by us/the supplier undamaged, following  which we will refund the payment. Goods returned/collected in an unsatisfactory  condition will be charged accordingly (up to the full invoice value). If you  would like to cancel the goods please contact us by email. Some of these  conditions will not apply to made-to-order  products.


Mattresses can only be  returned if packaging remains unopened for hygiene & contamination reasons,  and we must be notified within 14 days of the customer receiving the item.  Mattresses can be returned under these terms for any reason within the 14 days  of receiving the item at the customers own cost and a refund will be given. If  you would like to cancel the goods please contact us by email. Mattresses which  are made to order, specially made or made to a non-standard or special size  cannot be returned under any circumstances. Lead Times: Lead times for stock  items can be found on our website. Please note: Lead times shown are only an  approximation and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.  

Personal information:  
We collect minimum amount of  personal information. We will only use this to contact you regarding your  enquiry, your order or to give you information regarding our business such as  special offers or new products.

The personal information provided  by the Buyer will be used to fulfill the order and is taken in accordance with  the latest Regulation: EU2016/679 GDPR. The Seller may contact the Buyer with  products and offers which are considered to be of possible interest to the  Buyer. If the Buyer does not wish to receive future mailing then details can be  removed from the database on request.

Personal details are not passed on  to any third parties.

By placing an order you agree to  subscribe to our mailing list which you can unsubscribe from at any  time.

If you want to unsubscribe from our  email mailing list please let us know by using our contact form on this website,  reply to our email or simply use the unsubscribe button when you receive an  email from us and we will remove your email address from our  database.

While we use reasonable endeavors  to verify the accuracy of any information we place on our websites, we make no  warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. We make no  warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted,  timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the  server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the  full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the website.
